New clients start with the client portal. Once your profile is set up, everything after it is quick.

Create your client profile
Set up your account in the client portal, upload your pet’s vaccination records, and sign your client forms. The account and forms are a one-time setup; vaccination records just need to stay current.
Dogs need Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. Existing clients use the same portal to upload renewals.
